A Letter to the Soul

Let go of hate, embrace only love.

Forget the bad and cherish only good.

Treasure the beautiful moments in life for they are fleeting memories.

Be Kind to others - but please be even kinder to yourself.

Keep Your faith alive and be that angel to strangers if you must.

Live, Laugh, Love and Do Good.

Be the person you want to be, not the one the world expects.

Hug a friend, smile at a stranger - and trust your instincts because it is usually right.

See the beauty within yourself - and allow yourself to see the beauty in the world around you.

Smile, because its everlasting light will shine eternal.

Remember:  it's okay to not be okay.  And it's okay to ask for help.

Push onward and upward, always battling for yourself.  Reach for the stars. You are loved more than you know - so love yourself deeply.

May your hearts be peaceful, your minds be filled with wisdom and may your dreams come true one gentle step at a time.

Pass this message forward.  TOGETHER you can make the world softer.

Rayman, I don't know what to say... Cancer is a terrible thing that robs our loved ones of health, dignity and time. You have somehow managed to squeeze every ounce of joy from this life you have been given, despite the pain and suffering you have endured - while also watching your dear loved ones struggle with the pain of seeing you suffer. Your outlook is remarkable. You are truly an inspiration. Your strength and resiliency are nothing short of miraculous. I will continue to pray for you and your family, and will think of you often. Thank you for the mark you have left on my life. I hope to honor you by living my days with the same…
