Fabulous Friday

Those of you at my place of employment know this day very well! I call it Fabulous Friday and in my opinion - it is the best day of the week! A chance to celebrate the incredible accomplishments that everyone has completed this week. It is a day where we can take a moment to pat ourselves on the back and simply look back on the week that was and celebrate all that we have done! We've hit milestones, we've accomplished goals and we finished all major priorities of the week as we focussed on work and our busy lives. However, today I want everyone to take a moment to celebrate yourself - simply because you deserve it. It's okay to have that second scoop of ice-cream today, or get a burger from the food truck parked outside the places we work. Today, we can all take an extra moment to celebrate ourselves. So please do it with style as we celebrate Fabulous Friday! At the end of Fabulous Friday - we embark on what I call the Wonderful Weekend. This gives us all an opportunity to spend time with those we love the most. Be it family or friends or neighbours - we get to celebrate the weekend together. So take this weekend to go out and embrace the magical moments that will one day turn into epic memories for you and those closest to you to cherish! Now, to kick the weekend off right I also always choose the "Go Home Song" of the week. This week's song is a favourite of mine. It's a constant on my Spotify playlist and I always need to listen to the song whenever I decide to go for a drive to sometimes destinations unknown. This song is about getting older and tempering expectations. It is a song that goes back to a 1980's ablum by the singer. The song has won a Grammy for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal. As we kick off the weekend, I want you all to take an opportunity to sit back, relax, reminisce about the "good ole days" as we go
