Fabulous Friday

Hello to everyone out there. Well, we finally made it to Fabulous Friday. The day that we can use to look back on the week that was and say "I've done enough. Let's take some time to celebrate." Celebrating today is not just about looking back on the week that was. But, it's a chance for us to celebrate the rhythm in our lives. A reminder that even though the week was tough - we made it through and proven that we can accompish our goals. It's the day we can use to let go of any of the extra weight that we have been carrying and allow ourselves to celebrate with some joy, a splash of silliness and a whole lot of gratitude. So today I ask you to do something for yourself. Perhaps you wear that favourite outfit that brings laughter to yourself and to others. Or, continue to dance around the house or the office like no one is watching. You can also send an email message to someone to simply say "Hey - you are awesome". Whatever you plan to do today remember to reward yourself for a week well done. Also remember that you are awesome at what you do and you deserve nothing but the best. Celebrate the wins, forget the setbacks and remember to be kind to yourself.

After we finish celebrating Fabulous Friday we can continue to dance ourselves into the Wonderful Weekend. A chance to take that time with those closest to us and celebrate the love we share with them. It's going to be great weekend to do something wonderful together. Remember to give each of those people closest to you a hug and let them know how truly special they are. Take some time to create the magical moments that will turn into epic memories.

This week's Go Home Song takes the opportunity to celebrate all of us. It's a song that allows us to party but it will take you back to the past. But, it's more that a party song. It's a song declaring freedom, fun and simply living in the moment. The song was actually released in 1982 has some pulsing syths, a funky beat and we children of the 80's will never forget the iconic chorus. The song also reminds us that life may be short but weekends are sacred and of couse Friday deserves a little rebellion, some fun and a wonderful rhythm to go out to. so, blast this as you close your laptop as you can, toss your keys on the counter, or dance your way into the night.
